JUNE 2008 A bit late with the news of June, so I won't dawdle. Where were the visitors ? Pembrokeshire is lovely, even in the rain ! I've been to the bottom of Bosherston twice more and done some special dives in Llyn Fach and Llyn Gorse. A tad out of Pembs, up in the Brecons. The pic to the right is called 'Secret Bosherston'. Also started my work placement once a week with the Skomer Marine Nature Reserve team based at St Martin's Haven. They are part of CCW (Countryside Council for Wales). Oh, and I passed all my exams !! What has been happening at Celtic Images ? John Kelliher, the pencil drawing man, brought his work and I have mounted up a couple of them. My favourites are an exquisitely detailed St Davids interior and a postbox from St Dogmails - oops - Dogmaels!! Selling at £45 for a mounted print, limited edition of 12, bargin ! I have been working on my Sea Shore abstracts - Red Ripples - Molten Metal - Purple Whirl - Mercury Rising - to name a few ... What will be happening at Celtic Images ? July should bring good weather and more visitors but writing this past the middle of July, neither has yet materialise. Most schools will brake up next week, I'm sure thats what's needed. An Exibition might be on the cards for Sept or Oct. If you would like to be notified when it is to happen, email me and I will add you to the e-list.. Where are we ? We are a little damper and quieter than I would have liked, but the sun in shining today...
